10% Prossessing applies for any cancellation at any time.
50% cancellation fee applies if you cancel your reservation lees than 14 days befor your event date.
100% cancellation fee applies if you cancel your reservation lees than 7 days befor your event date. |

| 3. Will I be charged for not showing up? |
Yes, if you do not show up at the pick-up location then you will be charged for the total amount.
You must call our office at 800-897-5473 / 703-433-0444 if you do not see your driver at the pick-up location. |

| 4. Who is responsible for any damages on the vehicle if cause by passenger? |
Credit card holder is fully responsible for nay damages on the vehicle if caused by passenger(s) or passenger's guest(s)
and must pay for the full repair cost. |

| 5. What is policy to renting limousine for prom parties. |
a. The contract must be signed by parent.
b. We are NOT allow to bring any beverages in to our limousine. / vehicle. |

| 6. Is smoking allow inside the limousine or any other vehicle? |
NO, all our vehicles are smoke free, $ 500.00 fee apply as a smoking violation,
if any passenger / passenger's guest smoke inside any of our vehicle at any time. |
