1- What is requirement to make a limousine reservation?
A 50% deposit required for each limousine reservation.
 
2. What is the cancellation policies and fees?
10% Prossessing applies for any cancellation at any time.
50% cancellation fee applies if you cancel your reservation lees than 14 days befor your event date.
100% cancellation fee applies if you cancel your reservation lees than 7 days befor your event date.
 
3. Will I be charged for not showing up?
Yes, if you do not show up at the pick-up location then you will be charged for the total amount.
You must call our office at 800-897-5473 / 703-433-0444 if you do not see your driver at the pick-up location.
 
4. Who is responsible for any damages on the vehicle if cause by passenger?
Credit card holder is fully responsible for nay damages on the vehicle if caused by passenger(s) or passenger's guest(s)
and must pay for the full repair cost.
 
5. What is policy to renting limousine for prom parties.
a. The contract must be signed by parent.
b. We are NOT allow to bring any beverages in to our limousine. / vehicle.
 
6. Is smoking allow inside the limousine or any other vehicle?
NO, all our vehicles are smoke free, $ 500.00 fee apply as a smoking violation,
if any passenger / passenger's guest smoke inside any of our vehicle at any time.
